• Use AliMedia to download content in violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

• Use AliMedia in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble AliMedia
• Use AliMedia to interfere with or disrupt the operation of AliExpress, Alibaba, or any other websites
• Use AliMedia to collect data in violation of website terms of service

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms of service. AliMedia downloads content from publicly available pages, but you must respect copyright, trademark, and usage rights. We are not responsible for how you use downloaded content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIMEDIA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
